Operator messaging terms
The program
Is for Hire Operator Messages is operated by Travis J Lewis, doing business as Is for Hire. Participating business owners and authorized operators can receive account and service SMS from +1 (866) 631-2008 about their own Is for Hire accounts. This program covers operator messages; permission for a business’s customers to use its assistant is collected separately.
Messages and frequency
Messages may include onboarding updates, assistant activation, trial and account status, lead alerts and summaries, and two-way customer support. Message frequency varies with your account activity and support conversations. This program does not include promotional or marketing texts. Delivery is subject to network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choice
You opt in by giving explicit verbal permission during an onboarding call after hearing the SMS disclosure and being offered these terms and the privacy policy. Providing a phone number or accepting a trial alone does not enroll you. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or starting a trial. You may use email for service updates instead. Agreeing to SMS does not authorize a paid subscription.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Is for Hire does not charge a separate fee for receiving these operator texts. Any service subscription or usage charges are agreed separately.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to opt out of texts from this number. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; further program texts will stop. Opting out of SMS does not itself cancel your Is for Hire account or trial. Reply HELP for help, or email support@isforhire.com for support, to withdraw permission, or to discuss account changes. If your number changes, tell us before it is reassigned so we can stop messages to the old number.

Our Operator Messaging Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact information, messages and permission records. These terms apply to this SMS program. The website terms and any separately agreed trial or service terms continue to govern their respective services. Material changes to the purposes for which we text you require appropriate new permission.
